How to Register for an Event
The RCCG North America Online Event registration has been simplified to a 3 step process:
  • Step 1 - Select the event you want to register for and click next
  • Step 2 - Add Attendees - Enter the name and contact detail for the registrant. You can register multiple people in one registration and select registration options for each registrant.. Click Add Attendee to additional attendees to this registration. Click next to go to payment.
  • Step 3 - Pay for your registration. You will be asked for your billing and credit-card information, as usual. Click on finish (CLICK ONCE) to complete your registration.
Sponsoring an event
  • Step 1 - Select the event you want to sponsor from the list and click next (If there is no event on the list, it means that sponsorship is not available for any of the current events).
  • Step 2 - Enter your details and select your sponsorship level. Click next to continue to payment.
  • Step 3 - Enter your billing and credit-card information to make a payment and click finish
Exhibiting at an event
  • Step 1 - Select the event you want to exhibit from the list and click next to continue (If there is no event on the list, it means that exhibition is not available for any of the current events).
  • Step 2 - Enter your details and select one of the exhibition options. Click next to continue to payment.
  • Step 3 - Enter your billing and credit-card information to make a papyment
How to create an account
Click on the green Crreate an Account button on the top right corner of the page.
  • Step 1 - Enter your account information - select a username, and password. Indicate if you want to subcribe to news by checking the Subcribe box. Click next to continue.
  • Step 2 - Enter your personal information - title, name, phone and email address and click next.
  • Step 3 - Enter your contact information and clcik finish
Logging in to your account
This option is only available to those who have an account in the system.
  • Click on Login on the top right menu
  • Enter your username
  • Enter your password
  • Click on login button to login
Resetting your password
This option is only available to those who have an account in the system. You do not need to call the headquarters to reset your password. You can do this yourself by following the simple instruction below.
  • Click on Login on the top right menu
  • Click on forgot password
  • Enter your email address (must be the same as the one you used to register to the system).
  • For security reasons, enter the words in the Captcha box in the space provided.
  • Click on the submit button to send your request.
  • An email with a link is sent to your email address from the RCCGNA Administrator.
  • Open the email and click on that link to continue the password reset process.
  • Remember to check your JUNK or SPAM email folder for the password reset email, in case the email is accidentally routed there by your email provider.
  • Click on the link and follow the instructions to reset your password. (You have 24 hour to conplete this process or the link will expire).
  • Enter a new password.
  • Re-enter the new password.
  • Click on the submit button to complete resetting your password.
  • Login tot he sytems with your password.
Viewing your registration history
This option is only available to those who have an account in the system prior to registering for an event.
  • Login to your account
  • Click on My Events on the top menu
  • Mouse over to Events
  • Click on Registration Details
  • Select the registration you want to view from the list
  • Click on view event registration
Managing attendees
This option is only available to those who have an account in the system prior to registering for an event. During registation, all attendees that are registered under your registration are automatically saved so you can easily add them again the next time you register for an event.
  • Login to your account
  • Click on My Events on the top menu
  • Mouse over to and click on My Attendees
  • Edit your profile as required
  • Click on submit to save
Changing your password
This option is only available to those who have an account in the system prior to registering for an event.
  • Login to your account
  • Click on My Account on the top menu
  • Mouse over to and click on My Profile
  • Edit your profile as required
  • Click on submit to save
Updating your profile
This option is only available to those who have an account in the system prior to registering for an event.
  • Login to your account
  • Click on My Account on the top menu
  • Mouse over to and click on Change Password
  • Enter your current password
  • Enter your new password
  • Re-enter your new password
  • Click on submit to save
Reprinting your ticket
This option is only available to those who have an account in the system prior to registering for an event.
  • Login to your account
  • Click on My Events on the top menu
  • Mouse over to Events
  • Click on Registration Details
  • Select the registration you want to re-print
  • Click on view event registration
  • Click on Print Ticket link
